Climate Beneficial™ Verification Program Article Series
Client: Fibershed’s Climate Beneficial Verification™ Program
Project Type: Educational content series and thought leadership
The Challenge
Fibershed’s Climate Beneficial Verified program needed to tell the stories of the ranchers and farmers doing incredible regenerative work, but in a way that would actually reach the brands and consumers who could support them financially. The challenge was creating content that honored the producers' work and expertise while also educating potential buyers about why investing in Climate Beneficial™ fiber makes a real difference for farming communities and the land.
My Approach
I created educational content that explained complex topics in accessible terms, from the technical qualities of American wool, to the realities of regenerative cotton farming, to how different fiber certifications actually work. Rather than pushing CBV directly, I focused on helping readers understand the broader landscape so they could make informed decisions. Each article included perspectives from producers, but the goal was educating brands and consumers about the real challenges and opportunities in sustainable fiber, with CBV positioned as one solution among others in the ecosystem.
