Hageman Realty
Full Website Rewrite

Client: Hageman Realty
Project Type: Complete website rewrite

The Challenge

Hageman Realty needed someone who could speak directly to farmers in language they'd actually connect with. Their existing website was full of generic real estate jargon that didn't address the specific concerns of agricultural landowners, things like succession planning, tax implications, and farm management. They wanted content that was engaging and personable for busy farmers while also boosting their search rankings across multiple states.

My Approach

I rewrote their entire 20+ page website with content that spoke farmer-to-farmer rather than realtor-to-client. Instead of generic "buy and sell" language, I focused on the real challenges agricultural landowners face: passing land to the next generation, managing complex tax situations, and making land work harder financially. For SEO, I created state-specific pages that included agricultural history and county information relevant to farmers in each region. The goal was making every page useful to someone actually working the land, not just trying to buy or sell it.
